Chef Kaleo Adams’ mission at the rooftop restaurant is procuring Mediterranean and California cuisine and preparing the bounty in an inspiring surrounding, with the ocean as backdrop. Views abound, whether from the fire pit, sundeck or the circular bar, and are best enjoyed with a selection from an extensive list of boutique wines, seasonal cocktails and small batch spirits. Opening early July 2019.
