This spring, the duo will bring their expertise to the newest Proper in DTLA with Caldo Verde—the scenic, signature ground floor restaurant—and our stunning Cara Cara rooftop lounge.

“There has been so much turmoil and hardship this year so I can’t wait to get back to the thrill and exhilaration of opening and being part of a re-birth of L.A. dining,” says Goin. “As a native Angeleno, I have had a connection to DTLA long before it was called DTLA! …. This will be an opening unlike any other as the city and hospitality business work to rebuild post-Covid. I can’t wait.”
